AN ORDINANCE FUTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-107, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NOS. 99-046 AND 2000-009, SPECIFICALLY SECTION 7 THERETO, BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY (RMC) FROM 10 TO 20 UNITS OF TRIMOBILES FOR HIRE FOR BARANGAY PACOL, NAGA CITY:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – Ordinance No. 98-107, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 99-046 and 2000-009, specifically Section 7 thereof, is hereby further amended by increasing the authorized Route Measure Capacity (RMC) from 10 to 20 Units of trimobile for hire for Barangay Pacol, Naga City, now to read as follows:

“SECTION 7. COLOR CODE AREA OF OPERATION AUTHORIZED ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY (RMC) No. of Units Tangerine Barangay Pacol 20

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and after publication in a newspaper of local circulation.
