ORDINANCE NO. 2001-011
AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-028 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NOS. 93-030, 98-070 AND 99-089, ENTITLED: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND AUTHORIZING THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES MEDICAL
SERVICES FOR ALL NAGA CITY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES”, BY INCREASING THE DISCOUNTS FOR LINGKOD BARANGAY FOUNDATION MEMBERS AND SENIOR CITIZENS LEAGUE MEMBERS:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – Section 4 of Ordinance No. 93-028 as amended by Ordinance Nos. 93- 030, 98-070 and 99-089, entitled: “An Ordinance establishing and authorizing the Government Employees Medical Services for all Naga City Government Employees”, is hereby amended by increasing the discounts for Lingkod Barangay Foundation Members and Senior Citizens League Members, now to read as follows: “SECTION 4. – The following medical benefits under the GEMS are hereby granted to the Naga City Government Employees:

c. Lingkod Barangay Foundation Members covering the following organizations shall be granted FREE consultation, hospitalization, medicines and laboratory examinations from the Naga City Hospital, to wit:
a. Lakas ng Kababaihan
b. Urban Poor
c. Minorities
d. Uswag Naga
e. Federation of Women’s Group
f. Under Probation
g. Dancing Club of Naga City
h. Pagiribang Bantay Barangay (PBB)
i. NACIPODRIF (Naga City Padyak Operators/Drivers Association
j. MENATODA (Metro Naga Trimobile Operators/Drivers Association)
k. Mr. & Mrs. Club Federation
l. NCYF (Naga City Youth Federation)
m. SKK (Sararong Kajovenan sa Kauswagan)
n. Transport Sector
o. Fuerza Nagueña sa Maogmang Lugar
p. Bugkos Familia sa Naga
q. Family Welfare Club of Naga City
r. Farmers Cooperatives & Associations
s. Core Shelter Beneficiaries
t. Traditional Birth Attendants Naga City Federation
u. Naga City Senior Citizens Federation Members
Organization’s ID shall be presented by the concerned. NON RESIDENTS of Naga City shall be charged in full.

SECTION 2. – This shall take effect upon its approval.
