Ordinance No. 1997-111

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING ADDITIONAL BENEFITS TO BARANGAY TANODS OF THE 27 BARANGAYS OF THE CITY OF NAGA EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1997 AND THEREAFTER; AND FURTHER APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND (P270,000.00) PESOS FOR THE PERIOD FROM AUGUST TO DECEMBER 1997, CHARGEABLE AGAINST ANY AVAILABLE FUND AS MAY BE DETERMINED:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – Additional benefits to barangay tanods of the 27 barangays of the City Of Naga is hereby granted effective August 1997 and thereafter; and further appropriating the amount of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand (P270,000.00) pesos for the period from August to December 1997, chargeable against any available fund as may be determined;

SECTION 2. – This ordinance repeals Ordinance No. 97-053;

SECTION 3. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: December 10, 1997.
