AN ORDINANCE GRANTING ADDITIONAL BENEFITS TO BARANGAY TANODS OF THE 27 BARANGAYS OF THE CITY OF NAGA EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1997 AND THEREAFTER; AND FURTHER APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND (P270,000.00) PESOS FOR THE PERIOD FROM AUGUST TO DECEMBER 1997, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND (EDF) UNDER THE “KATONINONGAN SA BARANGAY PROGRAM”:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – Additional benefits to barangay tanods of the 27 barangays of the City Of Naga is hereby granted effective August 1997 and thereafter; and further appropriating the amount of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand (P270,000.00) pesos for the period from August to December 1997, chargeable against the Economic Development Fund (EDF) under the “Katoninongan Sa Barangay Program”.

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: August 13, 1997.
