AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ORDINANCE NO. 01, SERIES OF 1993 OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF CAROLINA, CITY OF NAGA ENTITLED: “AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITI9NG LARGE CATTLE IN THE CENTRO AND ALONG BARANGAY AND NATIONAL ROADS IN BARANGAY CAROLINA, CITY OF NAGA, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF: -

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – Ordinance No. 01, Series of 1993 of the Barangay Council of Carolina, City of Naga, entitled: “An Ordinance prohibiting large cattle in the Centro and along Barangay and National Roads in Barangay Carolina, City of Naga, and providing penalties for violation thereof”, copy of which is hereto attached marked as Annex “A”, is hereby approved;

SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: October 6, 1993.
