AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RENTAL AND OCCUPANCY RATES OF THE VARIOUS FACILITIES AT THE NAGA CITY YOUTH CENTER AND FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 96-035 BY UPDATING THE ENTRANCE FEES FOR THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND COTTAGE BY THE PUBLIC AT THE NAGA CITY CIVIC CENTER:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. – SCOPE. – This ordinance shall cover the fixing of the rental and occupancy rates of all facilities of the Naga City Youth Center including the updating of the entrance fees for the use of the swimming pool and cottage by the public at the Naga City Civic Center.
SECTION 2. – RENTAL/OCCUPANCY RATES. – The rental and occupancy rates for the use of the Naga City Youth Center’s facilities are hereby fixed, as follows:
HALL
Daytime (8:00am to 5:00 pm)
First 8 hrs or less P1,500.00 w/ 100 chairs & 25 tables
P300.00 per hr. in excess of 8 hrs.
Night Time (5:00pm to 1:00 am)
First 8 hrs or less P2,000.00 w/ 100 chairs & 25 tables
P500.00 per hr. in excess of 8 hrs.
CHAIRS RENTAL P5.00/chair/8-hour occasion
TABLES RENTAL 4 – seater – P15.00/8-hour occasion
12- seater – P40.00/8-hour occasion
6 – seater – P20.00/8-hour occasion
12- seater – P40.00/8-hour occasion
ROOMS (AIRCON One (1) room (2 Beds)– P750.00/day
Extra bed – P100.00 each
Exra-Pillow – P 10.00 each
SECTION 3. – Section 8 of Ordinance No. 795, S. 1982 as amended by Ordinance No. 88-011 and 96-035, on Entrance Fees for the use of the swimming pool at the Naga City Civic Center is hereby updated to include the use of the cottages thereat, now to read as follows:
“SWIMMING POOL (ENTRANCE FEES)
DAYTIME
(6:00 am to 6:00 pm)
NIGHTTIME
(7:00 pm to 12:00 mn)
12 yrs. Old below P10.00/person P15.00/person
Above 12 yrs. Old P15.00/person P20.00/person
Student/Senior Citizen P10.00/person P15.00/person
Cottages
(Swimming Pool Area)
P50.00/cottage P75.00/cottage
SECTION 4. – For activities sponsored and initiated by the city government including those of the barangays, approval from the City Mayor should be secured before any exemption can be availed of.
SECTION 5. – The City Mayor has the authority to grant any exemption or discounts to the public at his discretion.
SECTION 6. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and publication in a local newspaper of general circulation.
