1. Letter dated August 9, 2016 of PSSupt Julius S. Muñez, Acting City Director, Naga City Police
Office, this city, informing that the Naga City Police Office (NCPO) has presented its
initial Peñafrancia 2016 Security Plan to Police Regional Office No. 5, and requesting
for the passage of a resolution on Gun Ban for the duration of the Peñafrancia on September
9-18, 2016;

1A. Letter dated January 16, 2015 from Atty. Perfecto Junjun N. Bragais III, City Legal
Officer, relative to the additional areas for the proposed new public cemetery;
1B. Undated letter from Mrs. Rowena V. Balisnomo, Deputy Chief, HSDO, addressed to
Mrs. Paciencia SJ. Tabinas, City Accountant, stating reasons for not
proceeding at the moment with the preparation of the documents to facilitate
the payment for the proposed Balatas City Public Cemetery;
2. Letter dated July 22, 2016 from Mr. Wilfredo B. Prilles Jr., City Planning and Development
Coordinator, submitting for consideration the proposed Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA),
2016-19, which consolidates outputs from the June 10, 2016 planning workshop in Panicuason
as well as the executive priorities presented by the City Mayor before the Sangguniang
Panlungsod during its regular session and requesting certain actions;
3. Letter dated August 11, 2016 of Engr. Ruben Sia, President/CEO Ruby Shelter Builders and realty Development Corp., clarifying the position of his company regarding the custody
of the titles subject matter of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) relative to the three (3)
TCTs totaling 7,000 sq. m.;
4. Letter dated August 10, 2016 of Ms. Hasmin Elma S. Pronda, Project Support Officer,
Concepcion Grande Development, Inc., following up their application for Development Permit
for St. Andrew Residences which was deferred during the committee hearing held last June
23, 2016;
5. Letter dated August 5, 2016 of Mr. Alex A. Arejola, submitting opinion/comments on the
request for them to submit a position papers in relation to Adm. Cases No. 2015-03 Chief
Tanod Lolita Palmones vs. Dennis Alamer, for Abuse of Authority and Grave Misconduct, and
2015-02 B/Tanods Joan S. Abante, et. Al. vs. Dennis A. Alamer, for Unjust Vexation &
Conduct Unbecoming of a Bgy. Official;
6. Letter dated August 10, 2016 of Dr. Junios J. Elad, Jr., City Veterinarian, proposing
requirements for poultry and piggery business;

stipend of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00)every Naga City Veterans Day and
Araw ng Kagitingan to every surviving veterans of the Philippine-American War, World War II,
and the Korean Campaign”;
2. Letter dated August 12, 2016 of Mr. Liverato R. Banaay, President, Tulay ng Pangulo
Trimobile Operators and Driver’s Association (TPTODA) of Monserat Magarao, Camarines Sur,
asking permission to transport passenger from Magarao (housing 2) to Bgy. San Felipe, this
city;
3. Letter dated August 9, 2016 of Mr. Miguel Carrion, Director, Meridien Vista Gaming
Corporation, seeking favorable consideration and approval for operation of Jai Alai;
