1. Letter dated March 1, 2017 of the SP Secretary inviting Ms. Agnes Seechung, Manager, Smart
Telecommunications to the regular session on March 14, 2017, to respond to the concerns
raised by the consumers that despite more than a month of no service by the different public
utilities after Typhoon Nina, the bills that the consumers received remain the same;

regarding the interrupted cable service as a result of the ravage brought about by

session due to prior meetings and activities;

Abella, entitled: “Resolution identifying the price offer amounting P3,000.00 per square meter

furnished with the said Audit Reports;
11. Letter dated March 6, 2017 of Mr. Oscar P. Orozco, City ENRO, submitting the final list of
lot owners and areas to be affected by the proposed Road-Right- Of-Way from Langon,
Cararayan to SLF site at San Isidro, and requesting authority to negotiate with the said
lot owners;
11A. Resolution No. 2017-02 from the Naga City Appraisal Committee, entitled: “Resolution
determining the Fair Market Value of Land to be affected by the Road Network
Construction at Barangay Cararayan and San Isidro, Naga City en route to the proposed
Sanitary Land Fill;
12. Reply to Petitioner’s Comment dated March 2, 2017 on the City of Naga, as Petitioner versus

GRANTING AUTHORITY TO HIS HONOR, THE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A TRIPARTITE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
AND HIGHWAYS (DPWH) 2 ND ENGINEERING DISTRICT AND CAMARINES SUR II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (CASURECO II) TO ADDRESS THE URGENT PUBLIC
SAFETY CONCERNS BROUGHT ABOUT BY ROAD WIDENING IN SOME ROADS IN NAGA CITY”;
2. Proposed ordinance (authored by Hon. Salvador M. del Castillo), entitled: “An ordinance
enhancing the Wildlife Conservation Act thru adoption of the Biodiversity Monitoring System
(BMS) of the Local Government of Naga City and providing penalties for violations thereof”;

verification purposes;
3. Ordinance No. 2, s. 2017 entitled: “An ordinance amending Section 5(C-1) of
Barangay Tax Ordinance No. 2014 of Barangay
Igualdad”;
4. Letter dated February 14, 2017 from Mr. Mangigin M. Macatanong, President, Muslim
Brotherhood of Bicol Region, applying for accreditation;
5. Letter dated March 8, 2017 of His Honor, the City Mayor, requesting to amend the source of fund from 2015 surplus to 2016 surplus as recently declared by the City Accountant;
5A. Letter dated February 24, 2017 of His Honor, the City Mayor requesting for
the passage of an ordinance appropriating the amount of P9,061,250.00 to cover the deficiencies
arising from adjusted number and additional compensation of job orders
and contractual personnel in various departments and offices of the city
government with the implementation of Ordinance No. 2016-072;
6. Letter dated March 3, 2017 from the Office of the City Mayor requesting for the passage of an
ordinance reverting to the unappropriated balance the amount of P1,900,000.00 from the
appropriation for Repair and Maintenance-Other Property, Plant and Equipment (5-02- 13-9900- 02) under the Office of the City Agriculturist;
7. Letter dated February 28, 2017 from the Office of the City Mayor requesting for the passage of
a resolution authorizing the charging against the current appropriations for medicines,
medical supplies and printing and binding expenses of the City Health Office of their
prior year expenditures totaling P1,008,076.00;
8. Letter dated February 27, 2017 of His Honor, the City Mayor requesting for the passage of a
resolution authorizing the charging against current appropriation for Barangay Support Fund
the claim of Bgy. San Isidro, for its consolation prize for the 2014 Parolan sa
Barangay amounting to P48,926.40;
9. 1 st Indorsement dated March 9, 2017 from Mr. Francisco M. Mendoza, City Budget Officer,
forwarding the Annual Budget of Barangay Sta. Cruz for Calendar Year 2017 as embodied under
Appropriation Ordinance No. 1-2017 involving the amount of Six Million Three Hundred forty One
Thousand Two Hundred Seventy One Pesos (P6,341,271.00);

Wealth, applying for 60 E-trike franchises, and ready to present their
business model and qualifications;
11. Letter dated February 20, 2017 of Mr. Jimmy Castañeda, President, Metro Naga Electric
Vehicle Transport Service Cooperative, submitting Board resolution requesting the Land
Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) through the City Government of Naga to
assign franchise for electronic Jeeps(e-jeep) with the route Centro Diversion(Robinson),
Almeda Highway, and vice versa;
12. Letter dated February 23, 2017 of Mr. Atilron P. Alolod of Deca Homes Grandvale Subdivision,
asking for consideration for extra pedicab franchise for his brother who is illiterate (no-
read-no- write) and has no other means of living other than being a pedicab driver;

with her renewal of registration of tricycle with Side Car No. 0783 which was deferred due

actions by the CGDI and comply with the code requirements prior to execution of the
