1. Letter dated January 10, 2017 of the SP Secretary, inviting Mr. Huberto I. Ursua,
Human Resource Management Officer, with respect to the implementation of calamity
leave for employees;
2. Letter dated January 17, 2017 of the SP Secretary, informing Mr. Wilfredo B. Prilles
Jr., City Planning & Development Coordinator, relative to the TWG Report on Sanitary
Landfill;
3. Letter dated January 17, 2017 of Engr. Rolando S.I. Campillos, CGDH-I, Housing & Settlements
Development Office, informing that Mr. Nebria informed him that he had already tendered to
sell the property where a multi-purpose building erected in Bgy. Balatas since last
year for P65,000.00 which until now they have not yet received the final decision of the
council;
4. Letter dated January 17, 2017 of Ma. Annabel SJ. Vargas, Department Head-OIC, City Social
Welfare and Development Office, submitting comments and observation on the proposed
ordinance for Solo Parent;
5. Transmittal letter dated January 18, 2017 of PS Orlando M. Andres, Project
Supervisor/Acting General Manager, submitting the schedule of Engineering Crew within the
Naga area as of January 17, 2017 with attached Summary of affected transformers in Naga City
due to Typhoon Nina (partial);
6. Letter dated January 13, 2017 of Engr. Rebecca J. Roces, District Engineer, Camarines Sur 2 nd
Engineering District, Department of Public Works and Highways submitting a complete list
of families affected by the road widening project in Barangay Peñafrancia, this city;
7. Letter dated January 17, 2017 of His Honor, the City Mayor, indorsing the Narrative
Technical Description of the 3,000-sq. m. portion of the city property along Almeda
Highway to be donated to the PNP for the proposed Naga City Police Office (NCPO)
Headquarters, Barangay Concepcion Grande, this
city, and requesting for an authority to execute a Deed of Donation in favor of the
PNP;
8. Committee Report: Health, Sanitation Nutrition Population dated November 11, 2016 (SP CH
2017-01);
9. Letter dated 18 January of Ms. Maria Edna B. Bongalonta, City Agriculturist, submitting her
comment and suggestions relative to the proposed Agriculture Road Map;

1. Letter dated November 20, 2016 of Hon. Gregorio Re Abonal, City Councilor & Chairperson, Raul
S. Roco-Naga City Public Library, submitting the RNCPL Standardization Committee Report on
the Status of the RNCPL vis-a- vis the Revised Standards for Philippine Public Libraries
promulgated by the Professional Regulatory Board for Libraries;
2. Letter dated January 16, 2017 of P/Bgy. Jose Mari J. Mercado, of Caceres Sports Arena, San
Felipe this city, applying for a permit to hold a 3 Cock Derby on February 11, 2017;
3. Undated letter of B/Kgd. Maria Teresa L. Intia of Lerma, seeking help to look for a relocation
site for six (6) families whose residence located at Zone 3, Lakandula Street of the said
barangay who has already a court order to vacate the place on May 1, 2017 due to their
compromise agreement;
4. 1st Indorsement dated January 18, 2017 from Mr. Francisco M. Mendoza, City Budget Officer,
forwarding the Annual Budget of Barangay  Cararayan for the Calendar Year 2017 as
embodied under Ordinance No. 2016-02 involving the amount of Ten Million Eight Hundred Sixty-
Six Thousand Sixty Seven Pesos (P10,866,067.00);
5. 1st Indorsement dated January 19, 2017 from Mr. Francisco M. Mendoza, City Budget Officer,
forwarding the Annual Budget of Barangay Dinaga, for the Calendar Year 2017 as embodied
under Ordinance No. 008 series of 2016 involving the amount of Two Million Three
Hundred ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Five Pesos (P2,398,965.00);
6. Letter dated January 17, 2017 of Mr. Lenon O. Vibar, BOD Secretary, D’Marillac’s Multi-
Purpose & Transport Service Cooperative, asking favor to extend the deadline of submission of
their BIR/SSS Certification of ownership of the 16 units personally named by the cooperative;
7. Letter dated January 17, 2017 of Mr. Clemente “Lontok” San Juan, President, CABARTODA
Association, inquiring on the status or development of the approved ordinance for
fourteen (14) additional franchises for white zone via Balatas Cararayan;
