1. Proposed ordinance (Sponsored by Hon. Joselito S.A. del Rosario), entitled: “An ordinance
providing for the Terms of Reference for the Lease Development and Utilization of a city
property into Mixed-Use UV Express and PUJ Terminal for Eastbound Routes”;
2. Letter dated November 29, 2016 of the SP Secretary inviting Mr. Wilfredo B. Prilles,
Jr., City Planning & Development Coordinator, to the next regular session on Friday,
December 2, 2016 to render an update on the Closure of Balatas Dumpsite and Sanitary
Landfill;
3. Letter dated November 18, 2016 of Ms. Grace R. Simando, ASM, Philippine Broadcasting Service,
submitting a copy of Memorandum of Agreement entered into by and between the City
Government of Naga and the Philippine Broadcasting Service-PBS DWRB Radyo ng Bayan
Naga, and informing that they have already complied with all the requirements;

1. 1st Indorsement dated November 29, 2016 from Mr. Francisco M. Mendoza, City Budget Officer,
forwarding the Supplemental Budget No. 1 of Barangay Mabolo, Naga City for Calendar Year
from January 1 to December 31, 2016 as embodied under Barangay Ordinance No. 02-2016
involving the amount of Eight Hundred Eighty One Thousand Sixty Two Pesos & 01/100
(P881,062.01.);
2. 1st Indorsement dated November 29, 2016 from Mr. Francisco M. Mendoza, City Budget Officer,
forwarding the Supplemental Budget No. 1 of Barangay San Francisco, Naga City for Calendar
Year from January 1 to December 31, 2016 as embodied under Ordinance No. 002 involving the
amount of One Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos & 14/100
(P186760.14);
3. Resolution No. 10-29- 16, s. 2016 of Bgy. Tabuco, entitled: “A resolution earnestly
requesting the Sangguniang Panlungsod to approve and authorize the Tabuco Padyak
Operators and Drivers Association (TAPODA) pedicab be given to persons with disabilities
for their additional fund to service the Tabuco-Sabang route and vice versa”;
4. Resolution No. 2016-011- 068 of Bgy. Abella, entitled: “Resolution reverting the sum of
Eighty Thousand (P80,000.00) Pesos from the unexpended budget from personal services budget
2016 be granted to Barangay Officials as additional Year-End Bonus”;
5. Resolution No. 2016-011- 069 of Bgy. Abella, entitled: “Resolution humbly requesting the
City Government of Naga, through His Honor, City Mayor John G. Bongat, a financial
assistance the sum of One Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty (P173,980.00)
Pesos intended for additional monetary to the lot acquisition for the proposed Multi-Purpose
Center of Barangay Abella”;
6. Letter dated November 29, 2016 of Mr. Joel V. Abcao of Urban Queborac, Bagumbayan Sur,
applying for E-Trike;

E.OTHER MATTERS

1. Letter dated November 29, 2016 of Mr. Frank M. Mendoza, City Budget Officer, informing that
their office cannot obligate the expenditure for the payment for certain items solicited by
Starville Homeowners Association, Inc., of Bgy. Calauag, for not being in accordance with
Ordinance No. 2005-029, and more importantly, for failing the test of public purpose;
