PROCLAMATION NO. 461

DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 AUGUST 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAGA

WHEREAS, DILG Secretary and former Mayor of the City of Naga Jesse M. Robredo passed away on 18 August 2012;

WHEREAS, the City of Naga has requested that 28 August 2012 be declared as a special (non-working) day in view of the interment of the late DILG Secretary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper to give the people of the City of Naga the opportunity to honor and show their respect and join the interment of the late DILG Secretary Jesse M. Robredo.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of his Excellency BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 28 August 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Naga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 24th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twelve.
