Bayan opens new office building, reaffirms market leadership

Bayan Telecommunications Inc. (Bayan) has inaugurated a new office building in the city as part of its commitment to better serve and support the growing market and reaffirm its leadership position.

The new swanky 3 storey office building located along Blumentritt Street in Tinago district that will be housing the corporate offices, network operations center, and the customer center, now carries the standard uniform look of a Bayan office building that can be found elsewhere around the country.

The Bayan management team led by Chief Operating Officer Raffy T. Aguado was present during the blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony that was presided over by Naga City Mayor John Bongat, and attended by top customers and employees of Bayan.

In his message, Bayan’s COO said the company is guided by the value of providing simple at totoong serbisyo to its customers in order to achieve its mission of becoming a distinctive provider of communications opportunities and realities.

“Bayan remains steadfast and true to its mission and vision as a company. We purposely exist to make a difference by bringing out the best in the lives of Filipinos,” Mr. Aguado said.

The Bicol region is an important market for Bayan where it currently holds the leadership position in the landline telephone service.

In Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) and data services for both residential and business customers, the company is eyeing to increase its footprint in this segment in view of the vast potential market opportunities that abounds in the region.

Mr. Aguado said Bayan remains bullish in the economic potentials of the area, and is determined to help sustain and grow the market leadership position it holds by offering products and services that are relevant to the needs of the local market.
