According to the data released by Pag-IBIG Mutual Fund for calendar year 2010, the Housing Development Monetary Fund (HDMF) has given housing loans in this city which totaled 2,731, or equivalent to P814.18 million ($16.28 million). This figure eclipsed the variables put forth by the rest of Camarines Sur province and Camarines Norte which have 1,854 (P323.45 M or $6.47M) and 2,246 (P348.104 M or $6.96M) housing accounts, respectively.
The data also indicated that 20 more were added to the 58 subdivisions here in the city since 2009, meaning that residential areas in Naga City now occupy a vast 693.32 hectares composed of 25,990 lots.
The main players in housing development in this city are Laguna Properties of AyalaLand Group of Companies, Enjoy Realty and Fil-Estate Properties with AyalaLand leading the lot with 8 housing projects containing 1,630 lots that occupy 47.40 hectares of land.
