Standard Requirements:

[TWO STEPS]

[1] Application for Preliminary Approval for Locational
Clearance (PALC)

(a) Letter of Intent to establish a subdivision addressed
to the SP, copy furnished the CPDO
(b) Site Development Plan
(c) Vicinity Map indicating the adjoining land uses, access, as well as
existing facilities and utilities at least within 100 meters from the property
boundaries, drawn to scale
(d) Survey Plan as described in the Original or Transfer Certificate of
Title (OCT/TCT)
(e) 2 Certified True Copies of OCT/TCT
(f) Certificate of Updated Real Property Tax Payments
(g) Right to use or Deed of Sale of right-of-way for access road and other
utilities, when applicable
(h) Conversion Certificate from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR),
for land covered by the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law
(i) Environmental Compliance Certificate
(j) For residential subdivisions that are not classified as socialized housing,
determination of the required twenty percent (20%) of the project area to
be used for socialized housing. If the socialized housing component is located
in a different site, requirements a to i will have to be submitted for the
same.

[2] Application for Development Permit

A. DETAILED ENGINEERING PLAN FOR:

(A1) Water system
(A2) Drainage system
(A3) Road system
(A4) Houses, for residential subdivisions selling houses and lots
(A5) All other facilities to be constructed within the project area

B. DOCUMENTS OF OWNERSHIP AND FINANCIAL RECORDS:

(B1) Corporations and Partnerships:
(B1.1) SEC Registration Certificate
(B1.2) Articles of Incorporation and By-laws
(B1.3) Latest audited financial statements
(B1.4) Income Tax Returns for the last 3 consecutive years

(B2) Single Proprietorships:
(Bb2.1) Latest statement of assets and liabilities
(B2.2) Income Tax Returns for the last 3 consecutive years
