Project Registration
Firms that want to avail of incentives under the Naga City Investment Code must first register their project(s) with the NCIB.
To register a new or expansion project, please download:

- Application for Registration – New/Expansion Projects NCIB Form No. 02A
- Simplified Business Plan NCIB Form No. 03
Firms that will engage in green investments (repainting, landscaping or tree planting) only need the following forms:

- Application for Registration – Green Investments NCIB Form No. 02B
Incentives Availment
Enterprises whose projects have been approved and registered with the NCIB have to submit any of the following forms so that they can avail of business and real property tax exemptions:
- Application for Fiscal Incentives – New Expansion Project NCIB Form No. 04A
- Application for Fiscal Incentives – Green Investments NCIB Form No. 04B
