1. Letter dated August 17, 2016 of the POC Secretary, furnishing copy of the Naga City Peace
and Order Council Resolution No. 2016-07, entitled: RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PUBLIC SAFETY
OFFICE (PSO) TO LOOK FOR POSSIBLE INVESTORS AND/OR COMPETENT COMPANY THAT MAY OFFER TOWING SERVICE TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT, AND FURTHER
REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO ENACT A TOWING ORDINANCE”;
2. Letter dated August 167, 2016 of Engr. Leon B. Palmiano IV, informing that their office
conducted an inspection two years ago of all local bridges and found out that two bridges are
in poor condition, the Colgante and Balatas- Cararayan Bridges, and requesting that
appropriate legislation be passed prohibiting trucks and heavy vehicles with more than 5 tons
in weight from using the said bridge;
3. Undated letter of Mr. Allan Tapar, Pag-Iribang Bantay Barangay (PBB) Federation President,
requesting Radio Communication Equipment to be used during emergency situations, such as
accidents and other rescue operations;
4. 1st Indorsement dated August 16, 2016 from the Office of the City Mayor endorsing the letter
dated August 16, 2016 of Mr. Manuel DL. Villasenor of Grandview Heights Subdivision,
Barangay Pacol, this city, applying for e-trike franchise;
5. Letter dated August 19, 2016 of Mr. Danilo Ludovice, NCUPFI President, submitting Resolution
No. 16-006, entitled: “Resolution requesting the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga to

M. Robredo Coliseum to serve as venue for the Enterprise Development Training Institute
(EDTI) and MNCCI Office, and further to authorize Mr. Gilbert N. Albero, President of
the MNCCI, to negotiate with the Office of the City Mayor for the purpose, with note of the
City Mayor, “for long term lease and referred to City Properties Committee” (Referred to CP
Committee on April 5, 2016);

mandating the re-formulation, upgrading and expansion of the Naga City Intra-City
Trimobile Rationalization Plan, creating a Technical Working Group to conduct a
comprehensive study, and appropriating funds for the purpose”;
3. Proposed ordinance entitled “An ordinance mandating the formulation of a 30-year
sustainable urban development plan, providing guidelines for its crafting and appropriating
funds for the purpose”;
