Vacant Stall(s) at Naga City People’s Mall

Let it be known that Ordinance No. 2011-058 mandates the lease of Lot 23, Stall No. 1., Located at Level 1, with an estimated area of 100 square meters formerly occupied by Allied Bank Corporation, Naga City People’s Mall (Naga City People’s Mall).

To all prospective applicants, the monthly rental shall not be lower than Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (P 75,000.00) which is therefore set as the minimum allowable bid, the winning bidder shall pay a goodwill fee of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500,000.00).
