Letter dated May 15, 2013 of the residents of Zone 2, Mango-Tambis Streets, Mariano Village Subd., Balatas, this city, requesting for additional open drainage on both sides of Tambis Street, Mariano Village near the Naga City Science High School to protect the newly earthfilled road this rainy season;

3. Letter dated May 18, 2013 of Ms. Guada C. Espinas, Corporate Affairs Manager, submitting a letter of Intent (LOI) to lease, develop and operate the Naga City Central Bus Terminal Complex at Barangay Triangulo;

5. 1st Indorsement dated May 24, 2013 from His Honor, the City Mayor, endorsing the voucher of Engr. Gaudencio A. Asis, Jr., City Engineer’s Office for reimbursement of his mobile bill in the total amount of Eight Hundred (Php 800.00) Pesos;

6. 1st Indorsement dated May 24, 2013 from Mr. Francisco M. Mendoza, City Budget Officer, forwarding the Annual Budget of Barangay Lerma, this city, for the calendar year from January to December 31, 2013, involving the amount of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Seven (P1,884,727.00) Pesos;
