Vehicular accident is among those high causes of death in the country.  Lack of driver's discipline is usually the reason.  I don't exactly know the process of securing driver's license but i think the government should do something about this before our roads become the most dangerous place to be in the country.  What i know, driver's license is easily obtained.  Although, there are procedures, these are most often circumvented.  Most driving schools more often are just serving as agents and facilitators in processing applications for driver's license instead of teaching students well.  As a result, many drivers do not have enough understanding of traffic rules and road etiquettes.  So, unless drivers are properly educated before they get on to the driver's seat, we cannot have safe road.
