ABOUT THE SERVICE

This service enables the client to identify real property its ownership and location in the tax map at the City Assessor’s Office.

REQUIREMENT(S)

  • Photocopy of the Title or Tax Declaration

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE

FOLLOW THESE STEPS IT WILL TAKE YOU PLEASE APPROACH
1. Request for the Service

Inform Officer- of- the Day (OD) regarding the request. OD, in turn, provides a Service Slip for endorsement to the Tax Mapping Division.

2. Submit Service Slip

–> Submit the Service Slip with the required documents to record division.

–> RMD Chief assigns the tasks to Admin Aide.

Admin Aide verifies and researches TD revisions on file of subject property.

4. Preparation of Certification

–> Admin Aide prepares certification based on revision history.

–> RMD chief review books and entries.

–> Receive copy of certification

–>  Turn over serve slip with clients comment if any
