ABOUT THE SERVICE

THIS SERVICE is requested by stakeholders from Transfer to Ownership (previous owner to new owner) and subdivision or consolidation of real property/s.

REQUIREMENT(S)

  • Photocopy of the Deed Conveyance (Sale, Donation, etc.)
  • Photocopy of new title
  • Photocopy of Tax Clearance
  • Photocopy of Transfer Tax Receipt
  • Photocopy of BIR-CARegistration
  • Photocopy of DAR Clearance for Agricultural Land
  • Copy of approved Subdivision or consolidation Plan for segregation/consolidation of Land

FEES

  • Processing Fee – P 100.00 per Tax Declaration

1. Request for the Service

  • Approach Officer-of-the-Day (OD) for the request.
  • OD endorse to Tax Assessment Division (TAD) Chief with corresponding service slip

2. Submit Requirements

  • TAD Chief ask for the requirements and confirms eligibility
  • Assign to Assessor/ Local Assessment Operation Officer (LAOO) to undertake Transfer of Ownership, Subdivision or consolidation
  • Assessor/ LAOO retrieve other documents related information from file & clip service slip

3. Property Index Numbering (PIN)

  • Taxmapper assigns corresponding PIN to subdivided/consolidated parcel/s
  • Retain PIN for Transfer of Ownership

4. Appraisal and Assessment of Real Property unit

  • Assessor/LAOO fill in real property information to Field Appraisal & Assessment Sheet (FAAS)
  • Supply corresponding appraisal and assessment as basis of taxation
  • Submit to TAD Chief FAAS & supporting documents for review
  • Forwarded to I.T. unit for encoding

5. Preparation of Tax  Declaration

  • Approved FAAS is forwarded to I.T. unit for data entry to RPT System (eTRACS)
  • Encoded FAAS data and print corresponding Tax Declaration/s (TD)
  • TD, FAAS, & Supporting docs forwarded to Asst. City Assessor for Review
