ABOUT THE SERVICES

THE CPNO conducts mass ligation to interested and qualified Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRAs) upon schedule with the Marie Stopes Ligation, an itinerant team providing the procedure.

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICES

FOLLOW THESE STEPS IT WILL TAKE YOU PLEASE APPROACH
1. Interview

Go to the person-in-charge. She will request for your personal data.

2. Counseling

CPNO provides counseling regarding your chosen method of family planning.

3. Screening of Client

Person-in-charge conducts screening through medical and obstetrical gynaecological history-taking and physical examination.

4. Signing of Consent Form

Sign a Consent Form specifying that you approve of the ligation surgical procedure.

5. Final Instructions

The person-in-charge provides client with final instructions so that you can avail of the voluntary surgical contraception services.
