Complaints – Against Trimobile Drivers and Operators

ABOUT THE SERVICE

THE TRAFFIC Adjudication Board, created by Ordinance No. 93-049 or the Transport and Traffic Code of the City of Naga, is the venue for complaints against erring trimobile drivers.

Among the violations brought to the Board are:

  • Demand for double ride (overcharging)
  • Refusal to convey passengers
  • Failure to reach passenger’s destination
  • Wearing by the driver of short pants/slippers
  • Failure to display ID
  • Arrogant, discourteous, and rude manners

REQUIREMENTS

Complete information about the defendant:

  • Name and address of the trimobile driver/operator
  • Trimobile registration number

The name and address of the driver are on the Driver’s ID. Information about the operator and the trimobile registration number are painted on the vehicle’s body.

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE

PLEASE APPROACH

1. Presentation of Complaint

Complainant looks for the assigned clerk and presents his / her complaint.

Clerk interviews the complainant to verify the name and address of the trimobile driver/operator.

2. Preparation of Complaint

Clerk prepares the complaint in written form.

Complainant is asked to sign the same; and is informed of the date and time of hearing or investigation.

3. Issuance of Complaint Form

Clerk issues the subpoena to the trimobile driver/operator.

4. Hearing and Investigation

Complainant returns to the PSO on the date and time set for the hearing and investigation.

The PSO conducts the hearing and investigation in the presence of the complainant and trimobile driver/operator. He renders a decision afterwards.
