Vacant stalls at Naga City People’s Mall

City Ordinance No. 2011-058 mandates the lease of Lot 23, Stall No. 1. Located at Level 1, with an estimated area of 100 square meters formerly occupied by Allied Banking Corporation, Naga City People’s Mall (formerly Naga City Public Market).

For prospective applicants, the monthly rental shall not be lower that Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (P 75,000.00) which is therefore set as the minimum allowable bid, the winning bidder shall pay a goodwill fee of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500,000.00), deadline for submission of sealed bid and its opening is scheduled on Friday, April 27, 2012 .  Download details here (pdf).
