This Bid Bulletin No. 3 is issued to modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents.  This shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents.

Please take note of the following changes:

Modifications:

Please be informed that the Opening of Bids for the Proposed Construction of Various Infrastructure Projects, Naga City has been postponed due to technical adjustments.  The following schedule has been finalized for said project:

Issuance of Plans: March 6 (Tuesday) to 20 (Tuesday), 2012
Submission of Bids: March 26, 2012 (Monday) 8am – 3 p. m. at CPDO
Opening of Bids: March 26, 2012 (Monday) 3 p. m. at VMO
