This Bid Bulletin No. 1 is issued to modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents.  This shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents.
Please take note of the following changes:

Modifications:
Please be informed that the pre-bid conference for the Proposed Construction of Various Infrastructure Projects, Naga City has been postponed due to technical difficulties.  The following schedule has been finalized for said project:

Issuance of Plans:    March 6 (Tuesday) to 16 (Friday), 2012
Pre-Bid Conference:    March 7, 2012 (Wednesday) 3 p. m. at GSD
Submission of Bids:    March 16, 2012 (Friday) 8am – 3 p. m. at CPDO
Opening of Bids:    March 16, 2012 (Friday) 3 p. m. at VMO
